It do join all the main cities to Tokyo.Travel by these trains an executive can attend a meeting in other city and can have dinner with his family. The trains in japan are used to be very punctual every second is counted here. Once a train got late in about the year 2018 the railways authority of Japan refunded the ticket amount on late arrival for compensation to passengers. If you have to catch a train here in japan you must reach on time at platform otherwise you can miss the train. The train stations are just like airport .There is shopping complex in the station premises you can spend whole day without getting bore.Lunch boxes and snacks are being sold at stations under the name of Ekiben shop which means lunch box. The Shinkansen have many type of compartments unreserved 3 compartment are unreserved in each train economy class and green car which is luxury class wide 2 x2 seating.Above is the view of green car seats in Shinkansen

Japan have many types of mushrooms and mountain vegetables. The food here looks delicious as in above picture. The outer view from the fast running train is wonderful. You can see mountains and greenery outside during the visit from fukuoka to tokyo. The train have separate cabins for urinal and toilet locates at the end of compartments. The toilets have a baby seat and emergency button. The train platforms looks like Delhi metro platforms as there are railings on the edge of the platforms and automatic doors to stop sucide incidents at the platforms. In green car A seat is towards window and B is towards asile . It takes five hours to travel approximately 1100 kms from Tokyo to Fukuoka. One way trip in green car cost 23000 yen.If you travel by car it takes 14 hours .Shinkansen was first introduced in 1964 for public travel. It was as fast that media's helicopters were struggling to capture its pictures.Japan railways started to build it in the year 1950 when the world used to travel on steam engines. The trains in the world are losing their customers as people prefer the freedom of cars but introduction of Shinkansen regained the customers as it is 3 times quicker than a car. Japanese railways had to made 100 kilometres of tunnels in mountains and about 3000 bridges to run Shinkansen The first line which commenced in 1964 was of 502 km from osaka to tokyo. The current network is 2765 km long. The Shinji Sogo (The first Shinkansen's president) and Hideo Shima(The first chief engineer) resigned as the cost of the project doubled due to construction of hundreds of tunnels in the mountains and under the water. The train has a feature it stops automatically when an earthquake occurs. As japan  is an earthquake prone country. It also made trains more popular over cars as it saves time .one plus point is also that it is safer as there is no passenger injury due to train accident. Over 10 billion passengers have travelled through Shinkansen in Japan. Japan is still working on train travel improvements by working on Maglev trains which achieved a speed of 600km /hour in trails. They are planning to run its first commercial Maglev passenger train in the end of 2026.In a joint venture Japan is planning to lay a 510 km long track of bullet train from Ahemedabad to Mumbai .They are planning its commercial passenger operations in December 2024.The construction work has not commenced yet but government of india is talking to farmers for land acquisition. The high tension wire pillars which came near its track have been changed near Baroda and Bharuch . After three years  Indians will also enjoy travel by these trains
